BMW Sauber, Honda, i Wilijams ce pokusati nagovoriti ostale timove da odloze predstavljanje KERS sistema.
KERS sistem ce koristiti energiju koja se stvara pri kocenju te bi je smijestao u baterije bolida nakon cega bi se ona mogla koristiti pri npr. preticanjima.
Ovaj sistem pruza oko 60 konjskih snaga vise.Timovi F1 su se sastali dva puta u proslih sedam dana da rasprave o uvodjenju ove tehnologije, njenoj sigurnosti, i troskovima.

Fernando Alonso prelazi u Hondu???

Honda Racing ce biti voljna da ponudi Fernandu Alonsu kratkorocni ugovor kao dio pomoci spanskom vozacu.
Ekskluzivno otkrice je da je Alonso glavna meta Honde za 2009. ali problem je utome sto dvostruki svjetski sampion zeli da predje u Ferari.

VN Mađarske: Trka

Heiki Kovalainen došao je do prve pobede u F1 karijeri posle veoma šokantne VN Mađarske. Filipe Masa koji je od samog početka dominirao Hungaroringom, tri kruga pre karaja morao je da se oprosti od pobede. Drugi konkurent na prvo mesto Luis Hamilton imao je peh sa gumom, ali je ipak uspeo da ostane u trci.

Burde kažnjen sa 5 mesta

Sebastijan Burde zaradio je kaznu zbog zadržavanja Nika Hajfelda na kvalifikacijama za VN Mađarske, i on će biti potisnut za 5 mesta nazad na startu.
